Surabaya Airport Terminal 2
Surabaya Airport International Terminal, also called Terminal 2, handles international flights and some domestic services of Garuda and Indonesia Air Asia.
Terminal 2 is the newest one and opened in 2014. It is located at the east side of Terminal 1 and is able to host 6 million passengers per year.
TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS
There is a shuttle bus between terminals.
Passengers can go walking too, it takes about 5 to 10 minutes. They just have to exit Terminal 1 exit towards the Arrivals Hall and then turn right.
Levels
Ground level
This is the Check-in area and the Arrivals level. It has a boarding lounge at west and the Arrivals facilities plus the baggage claim can be found at east.

Upper level
This is the Departures area, split into the Domestic and International departures.
Access to boarding gates 1 to 9 from a single point.
Mezzanine level

Concordia Blue Sky Premium Lounge: Terminal 2, within security. Service hours: 04:00 am to 09:00 pm. Services: Printers, copiers, fax, showers, conference rooms, food, snacks, internet terminals, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV. Only for passengers departing from Terminal 2.
Concordia Premier Lounge: Terminal 2, within security. Service hours: From 04:00 am to 09:00 pm. Services: Printers, copiers, showers, food, smoking area, prayer room (separate), conference room accessible under payment (IDR 500,000 for 2 hours). Only for passengers departing from Terminal 2.
Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge: Terminal 2, within security. Open from first departure until last departure. Services: Showers, smoking area, food, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, children’s area.
