Surabaya Airport Terminal 1
Surabaya Airport Terminal 1 handles exclusively domestic flights.
Transfer between terminals
There is a shuttle bus between terminals.
Passengers can go walking too, it takes about 5 to 10 minutes. They just have to exit Terminal 1 exit towards the Arrivals Hall and then turn right.
Levels
Terminal 1 is split into a couple of parts: Part 1A and Part 1B.
Note that both Part 1A and Part 1B serve domestic carriers.
There’s also a Plaza at the center of the terminal equipped with some services, including an information counter.
Level 1
Level 1 is the Arrivals level, where check-in counters and baggage claim area are located.
Services: Information counter, retail stores, prayer room.
After clearing the security check, passengers may proceed to the upper level to departures.
Level 2
Level 2 is for Departures, where the boarding area is located.
Find in this level access to boarding gates 6 to 1 and 7 to 12.
There are lounges close to gates 2, 8 and 11.
Services: Food, drink and retail concessions, children’s area, airport lounges, among others.

Lounges
Trowulan Executive Lounge: Domestic Terminal, second level, between Gates 10-11. Service hours: From 04:00 am to 09:00 pm. Services: Snacks, TV, Wi-Fi, food, newspapers and magazines, smoking area, flight monitors, among others.
Singosari Lounge: Domestic Terminal. Service hours: From first departure until last departure. Services: Snacks, children area, food, newspapers and magazines.
